Hi, I’m Emily!

I’ve been on my own professional development journey since 2012. Through career pivots, mentorship, and real-world trial and error, I’ve learned how to navigate the ever-changing landscape of work and growth. Along the way, I’ve become my own strongest advocate—setting boundaries, identifying my values, and creating a career path that feels authentic and fulfilling, all while working to maintain allowing myself to be human. Taking time and care to take care of myself both physically and mentally, maintain relationships outside of work, and practice compassion with myself and others. Now, I’m passionate about helping you do the same!

No two careers are alike—just like no two people are alike. Your goals, strengths, and circumstances are unique, which means your path to professional fulfillment should be too. Whether you're considering a career change, feeling stuck in your current role, or just getting started, I’d love to be a thoughtful guide and empowering coach as we explore what success means for YOU and how to make it a reality.

I believe in approaching problems holistically, meaning we will look at other areas of your life that you may think have nothing to do with what you are trying to achieve, professionally. Habits, how we think and talk to ourselves, and how we spend our time is not siloed - our actions are the same in all life sectors. Looking at everything will help us identify the root of good and bad habits, and give us places for you to practice making different decisions to help you get to where you want to be.

I am currently accepting clients in all time zones! All visits will be virtual unless otherwise specified.


My Approach

During the 3 month program, we will be taking a look at 14 major areas:

Career, Creativity, Education, Finances, Health, Home Cooking, Home Environment, Joy, Physical Activity, Relationships, Screen Time, Sleep, Social Life, and Spirituality.

Whether you are looking to career pivot or have more joy in your life, all of these areas contribute to how you can live your fullest life. Together, we will look at what’s not working for you beyond diet and exercise - we will look at your mindset, how you frame things, what you feel your purpose is - and how we can make small shifts for you to achieve living your best life.

Identify

You can’t solve a problem you don’t have. Together, we will identify pain points and figure out how to alleviate these issues in a way that works best for you.

Work Backwards

Unfortunately, I am not a magician. As much as I wish I could poof your problems away, this will be a process. Sometimes an uncomfortable one.
